No. We do not charge a vendor fee to use outside vendors. They do need to be licensed and insured, if applicable.
Yes. There is a deposit. Here are the details for each package.
- The Classic Package,
Deluxe, and Prestige
Package:
A signed contract and a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit are required to hold a date, plus taxes and a credit card fee. Then, six months before your special day, you must bring your package to half. The next installment is at the 45-day point before the wedding day. We also require a great card on file for any potential damages incurred to the facility or grounds during your special day. Your card will not be charged until you’re notified.
Dates are reserved right here online. With the appropriate deposit and a signed online contract, you'll have your date reserved in minutes.
Your package will include 100 chairs. You can add more if you choose. When you book online, you dictate a proposed guest count. This will be solidified at your 45 day meeting. We do currently also have a few choices in arbors
Every package includes the garden chairs. Currently we have a selection of arches one may use as well. We don't provide any other decor at the ceremony site. We always have accessible plug-ins at the ceremony site for the DJ or speaker system.

Grove Vineyards & Winery is a bona-fide Farm and bonded Winery. We allow you to have beer/wine and champagne anywhere on the property/estate. You may not bring alcohol from off- premise onto the farm property without the proper insurance and permitting in place. At the reception, Grove Vineyards & Winery offers professional bartenders that are approved by the venue and is required to serve all beverages including alcohol.
Our parking lot will hold 100+ cars.
The fee remains the same for the property, as we hold one event per day. On a positive note, this allows you an extra hour to party!!!
We are dog-friendly, with some specific stipulations. Tame dogs are allowed (only with pre-approval) at the ceremony and for pictures. Animals other than service animals are NOT allowed near food. Dogs must be on a leash, and someone must be responsible for them other than the couple.
There are 2 ADA compliant bathrooms on-site, 1 in the Tasting Room and 1 in the Winery, which guests will have access to. Based on the size of the Ceremony/Reception additional portable toilets with wash stations may be brought in for the event.
We will invoice you, and you can pay with a debit or credit card. We can accept cash or check if you would be able to schedule a time for us to meet you at the venue to get the payment. You can also pay directly in the BOSS app once you become a vineyard couple.
We do not keep a cancellation waiting list because cancellations are unpredictable. As soon as a date does become available, we post it on social media, and it will show live on our calendar.
We allow you on the property at 10 a.m. on the day of your wedding, unless stated otherwise. This affords you the opportunity to make it a full day ordeal.
Absolutely! Who knows the property and weddings better than us? :)
Music must conclude by 11:00 p.m. to ensure that you, all of your items, and all of your vendors are off-property by 12 p.m.
Yes. You can always add or take away from our packages. This is something to discuss with us in detail to see if it is something we can help with! Extra guests? No problem! Just pay for the extras you add!
We do ask that all the trash be put in the bins and all the decorations be taken down the night of and removed from the property. Anything that is yours must leave with you, or it will be trashed. We come in and clean up all the tables, chairs, linens, and trash for you, no matter what package you get!
